Scholarship Application

The American Polarity Therapy Association Foundation is excited to offer two scholarships of $750 each to help support RPP training! These scholarships are available to current APTA APP members who are actively enrolled in an APTA-approved RPP training program. The APTA Scholarship Committee will select scholarship recipients twice a year, in Spring and Fall.

To apply, please complete this scholarship application form and submit all required materials.

Scholarship Application Requirements:

Must be a current APTA APP member
Enrolled in an APTA-approved training program.
Write a brief essay (1-2 paragraphs) about your career goals and interest in Polarity Therapy.
Provide a letter from your school confirming your enrollment in an RPP Training Program.
Submit two (2) letters of recommendation: one personal and one professional.
Include a current professional resume or biographical outline.
Provide relevant financial information.
