APTA received a Notice of Intent to train from an RPE Apprentice naming you as their ATM Mentor.
If you agree to be their ATM Mentor, complete the Mentor Acceptance form below within one week of this email.
Once you agree, sign and submit this online form, you will receive the same Welcome Packet as the Apprentice. The Welcome Packet will provide essential information and directions for the apprenticeship.
