Perfect Vegan Gluten-Free Pizza

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Simple Mills vegan, gluten-free organic almond flour pizza mix
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/4 c + 2T water
Toppings (I used):
- grated vegan cheese
- organic tomato pizza sauce (glass jar is best)
- sliced black olives
- sauteed onion and mushroom with italian herbs
- sauteed kale or spinach (optional)
Make crust mix per package instructions and bake on a greased casserole or pizza pan for 15 min or until slightly golden.
Arrange toppings of choice on top and bake another 15-20 minutes
This turned out amazing in a gas oven. I made it again in an electric oven and it needed extra time.
